We have range of service plans:
Disruptive Event Workshop/Group Debriefing: Our lowest cost plan. Here we come to your site as soon as reasonable after the event…at a time that works for you and your employees. We spend 1-3 hours (depending on number of employees and the agreement we create) providing a workshop style group session(s). We do a “debriefing” during which we offer specific tools and tips to manage the disruptive event more effectively. We also provide handouts that individuals can take and read later, that will help them manage in the days ahead. This sort of service can make a difference for your employees mental well being…from how they manage the event itself to how they get back to their previous level of functioning. It shows YOU care, that you see this is a DEAL for them, and that you want to support them as they deal with the aftermath of the event. This service also includes management consultations to teach managers best practices in dealing with employees in times of crisis.
Disruptive Event Workshop/Debriefing plus Individual Services: Again we come to your site, provide the workshop/debriefing/management training mentioned above, but this adds on time for employee meetings to aid your employees individually (or in smaller groups) as they move through the aftermath of the event. We never really know how each individual will be impacted so this offers them time with a trained licensed therapist to look at how they are impacted. This is not therapy, but more a time to look at coping skills, methods to help them deal and heal as well as potentially helping with referrals if more care is needed. This is often good when there are some members of your staff that might be significantly more impacted than others….for example, direct team members, or office mates or even for individuals who were friends outside of work. The amount of time for the individual meetings varies depending on need and budget.
Disruptive Event Workshop/Debriefing plus Individual Services Extended Package: We come out as soon as reasonable to conduct the workshop and management/individual services mentioned above. Additionally we are “on call” and can come back at any time, are available for your management team via phone/text/email to aid them in dealing with staff effectively. We can also come back out to follow up based on the needs of your site.
